Can you take my In-N-Out order or fix a wrong order?

No. This is an independent reference site with no connection to In-N-Out Burgers. Orders, refunds, replacements and complaints about a restaurant visit all go to the company customer service line on 1-800-786-1000 or through its official contact form.

How do I report a wrong price?

Use the form on this page and include the item, the price you were charged, the city or state and the date. A photograph of the receipt or the board helps most of all. Price reports are checked first and corrected across every page that uses the figure.

How long does a reply take?

Most messages get a reply within three working days. Correction reports are actioned faster than that, often the same day, because they change what other readers see.

Do you accept guest posts or paid links?

No. This site does not publish guest posts, sponsored articles or paid links, and it carries no affiliate links to any restaurant or delivery service. Advertising is handled through advertising networks and never affects what appears in the menu tables.

Can I use your tables on my own site?

The nutrition figures themselves come from the In-N-Out published sheet and belong to nobody here. The compiled tables, calculations and written content on this site are ours. Get in touch before reproducing a full table and please credit the source.
